I remember the first time I stepped into a gym in 2014 at 5pm, I fainted on the treadmill because I was running on breakfast and an apple.
I wanted to lose weight, so I was barely touching a 1000 calories a day.
I was constantly restricting myself, then going off on weekends.
Then I discovered fitness coaching.
I worked on my relationship with food and fear around eating more.
I got comfortable being uncomfortable in my body to get the results I wanted.
I developed self-discipline and self-respect that lead me to building my own business around it.
But I still was not content.
My social life was boring and I would still abstain myself from events so I would not go off track.
This is where I have decided to combine fitness and mindset into my 1:1 coaching program.
